Australian Transport Safety Bureau
Mixed gas inspection dives to video & gather evidence following the running down of a trawler by a merchant ship in 70 metres of water.
Barclay Mowlem Pty. Ltd.
Installation of new trunnion intake structure as part of the upgrading of Ben Chifley Dam at Bathurst. This 9 month project was completed late 2000 and involved the excavation of marine sediment and installation of over 100 tons of structural steel as part of the $50 million upgrade of the dam.
Road Transit Authority
Underwater structural inspection of road bridges in the Metropolitan, Northern, Western, Southern, Illawarra and Hunter regions. This work involved visual and video inspection, non-destructive testing, core sampling and reporting on over 200 bridges.
Snowyhydro Ltd
Removal of submerged 22 ton inlet gates on Eucumbene and Tooma inlet tunnels at Tumut Dam. This was the first time the gates had been removed since installation in 1959.
Statewater
Detailed structure inspections at several major Dams in the North West of the state, utilising R.O.V. and Mixed gas deep diving techniques.
