Full voice communication of all diver and supervisor dialogue is simultaneously dubbed onto the tape which can be recorded in VHS,Super VHS or direct to DVD if finer detail is required. Still photographs in both 35 mm and digital formats can also be provided in panorama through to macro formats.

HULL CLEANING & PROPELLER POLISHING

Shipping companies and agents are well aware of the importance of a clean hull and propeller. Some restrictions have been placed on the removal of marine growth in Australian ports excepting those vessels operating solely in Australian waters, however no restrictions apply to the polishing of propellers or cleaning of sea chest grates. We are able to provide propeller polishing services using hydraulic polishing units and 3M Marine Polishing Pads which will give a Rupert Class A - B finish depending on the pre-existing condition of the blade surfaces. Photographs or video detailing before and after condition are also provided.

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

Repairs and maintenance of ships hulls and running gear are often required and may range from sealing stern glands up to weld repairs of the hull.

The following is a brief list of some of the repair services we are able to offer:

• Sealing of intakes and stern glands for internal maintenance
• Drilled termination of cracks occurring in prop blades, rudder, bilge keels etc.
• Removal of marine growth and foreign objects from props, stern glands and sea chests
• Replacement of hull anodes
• Welded repair of hull damage
• Sealing of major hull damage to facilitate internal damage control measures
• Faring, cropping and balancing of damaged propellers
• Hull thickness gauging

We can generally carry out most operations within the vessel turn around time with minimal notice. We would be pleased to discuss your particular requirements.
